About Ruthie
Hello, I’m Ruthie! I studied illustration at Cambridge School of Art, and now freelance as an illustrator and painter. Drawing is a massive part of my practice, most ideas will start off as a little thumbnail in my sketchbook. I work mostly by hand with paint and pencils, building tone and textures.
I’ve also been building up a collection of greeting cards and prints from my original paintings, which are all available to purchase from my online shop, and whenever I do pop up markets!
